About Season 1 In Season 1 of 4.4, the characters embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery, guided by therapy sessions with Dr. Shiner. Dreamar begins to reinvent her life by setting bold goals, including launching her own podcast. Langston embraces his newfound freedom post-divorce, while Charles wrestles with balancing his professional success and fears of losing it all, alongside his marriage to the accomplished Melody Stansdale. The season delves into the challenges of midlife, showcasing obstacles many face during this pivotal time. Natalie, Dreamar’s spirited niece, provides comedic relief, alongside college friends West and Stormy’s quirky husband. Langston’s ex-wife offers her perspective on their divorce, adding depth to the story of endings and new beginnings.
